Motorcycle Project Completed
Over two years ago, President Golike of the Lutheran Church of the Central African Republic asked for ten motorcycles
for village ministry. With generous donations by three congregations (Our Savior’s Lutheran in Rockford, Illinois; First Lutheran in Fargo, North Dakota; and Christ Lutheran in Valencia, California), the goal has been reached. All ten cycles have been purchased and have been assigned to various pastors and evangelists whose ministry takes them to remote villages, accessible only by two-wheelers. We are thankful to these congregations and to God for these special gifts–a true partner project that helps us reach even into small African villages with the message of the Gospel.
