Many of the students LPGM supports in Tanzania are young women who have fled their homes to escape forced child marriage. They oftentimes only have the clothes on their back when arriving at our partner’s Safe House. This gift provides the required uniform and shoes, allowing them to attend school and therefore giving them the foundation for a future.
