How do I give from my Donor Advised Fund?

While we've long accepted gifts from various Donor Advised Funds, previously you had to request the grant directly with your fund and give them LPGM's information.

We've partnered with DAFpay to make it easy for you to pay directly from your Donor Advised Fund. Choose to give to any of our programs or funds on our website, and when you check out, simply choose the button that says "DAFpay | Donor Advised Funds".

You'll be taken to another screen where you can select the financial institution that holds your funds.

Once logged in, you can review and confirm the grant recommendation to LPGM. You're also able to modify the donation amount at this point.

There's no need to separately request a grant from your financial advisor or institution.

How do I use  Apple Pay to give?

It's easy to use Apply Pay from any iOS device, like an iPhone or iPad.

Simply choose to give to any of our programs or funds. When you check out, choose the button that says Apple Pay.

Questions about these payment methods

Are there extra fees to use these payment methods?

No, there are no extra fees for you as a donor. LPGM pays a small transaction fee on each donation, similar to what we'd pay for a credit card or bank account payment.

How secure is DAFpay?

DAFpay is built and operated with comprehensive security tools and compliance protocols in accordance with all applicable regulations related to data privacy and protection. None of your DAF account information is recorded by DAFpay or shared with any parties.

Because your transaction is processed by DAFpay Network and sent electronically to LPGM, your gift is more secure than when sent via checks in the mail, which is prone toloss, theft, fraud and human entry errors.

By using DAFpay, both the donor and LPGM are able to track gifts in real time for the first time ever.

What Donor Advised Funds work with DAFpay?

DAFpay supports enhanced Donor Advised Fund giving from all 1,151 DAFs and is compatible with over 70% of the DAF market by volume.
