Esuvat needs your help! She's SO CLOSE to finishing construction on a larger safe house for girls. Generous donors have already gotten her 92% of the way there, but she needs that final 8% to get her across the finish line!
Eripoto’s need for additional housing is huge, as Esuvat is constantly having to turn girls away. The current safe house simply doesn’t have room for more.
In addition, the Tanzanian government recently mandated that Eripoto make certain improvements to the existing property as soon as possible, including expanding the kitchen, dining space, and playground.
This will house up to 116 additional girls needing safe housing during school breaks; provide vocational training in sewing and baking for up to 20 girls and women when the residents are away at school; include two offices to support staff; and accommodate bathroom and hygiene needs for all the girls.
